3M primer PT896 may promote adhesion strength & bonding force build-up.For most substrates,primer PT896 may increase higher adhesion & perform different bonding forces due to different substrates,surface preparation,surface contaminations,pressure sensitive adhesive type & formulation,pressure sensitive adhesive constructions and so on.

Surface Preparation:表面處理
1.The bonding surface must be relatively clean and dry.
必須保持基本表面清潔和干燥。
2.Contaminated surfaces should be cleaned with 50/50 Isopropyl Alcohol and water mixture.A clean lint-free cloth should be used.
有污染的表面需要用1：1的異丙醇和水混合物清潔，然后用干凈的無塵布操干。
Application/使用說明:
Shake primer TP896 well before using.Apply a thin uniform coating to the bonding surface using the minimum amount that will fully coat the surface.Allow primer PT896 to dry thoroughly before applying tape.This is usually accomplished in 5 minutes at room temperature.Be sure the primed surface remains free from contaminants prior to applying the tape.Porous surfaces may require 2 application of primer PT896 for uniform coverage and good adhesion.Allow first application of primer to dry before applying the second coat.Primer PT896 may be applied with brush or swab.It can also be applied with a pressurized folw gun,knurled roller or other similar type of application equipment.
3M底漆TP896之前使用請先搖一搖。在被粘基材上均勻的涂上薄薄的一層PT896涂劑劑。等底涂劑安全干燥后再貼上膠帶。在室溫下通常5分鐘就好。確保涂好底漆的表面在粘接之前干凈、無污染物。為了達到最佳效果，多孔表面需要兩面都均勻的涂上底漆PT896。請于底漆干完干燥后再進行第二道工序。底漆PT896可以應用刷子刷或棉簽涂抹。它也可以應用加壓水流槍噴涂,滾花輥或其他類似設備類型。
